Understanding and appreciating your feminine fluids

The feminine river is constantly flowing within the channel of a woman’s body during the fertile years of her life. These holy fluids are essential for the vitality and life giving force of her reproductive tract, beyond the capacity to bear a child. They are the streams and creeks that feed into the soils of the gardens of her womb and allow for seeds to germinate.

It’s time for women to embrace their fluids and celebrate the cyclical flow from their womb, cervix, vagina, and vulva.

Bring yourself to the river of womb wisdom

The River Within You is an online learning circle dedicated to the remembrance and reclamation of honoring the flow of feminine fluids.

In this circle, you will gain an understanding of the different fluids that flow in the female reproductive system and where they are produced. Together, we’ll break down the chemical make up of menstrual blood, cervical mucus, arousal fluid, cell slough and other feminine fluids to help make sense of their important roles in the ecology of the womb space.

We’ll also explore health variances that can arise and the production of fluids that communicate if there is an imbalance in the ecology. There will be a focus on how to identify your own unique fluid patterns in order to observe these shifts and bring balance to your river.

What stories are associated with your fluids?

Many modern day women have stories of shame, disgust, and fear that began during puberty around their reproductive fluids. Often times, these stories carry through and express themselves in the present moment and in every way that we interact with our fluids. But, we have the choice to reclaim awe and wonder simply by creating a relationship with them through our senses.

Here are some questions we’ll explore in this learning circle to unpack those belief systems and invite in new ways of relating to our fluids:

  • How often do you touch, smell, taste, or admire your fluids?

  • When was the last time you made note of the changes you observe in your fluids throughout your cycle?

  • What products do you use to collect or discard your fluids?

  • When was the last time you brought your feminine fluids to the soil of the Earth?

Your guide

My name is Madeline and I have been walking on the womb path and studying female reproductive autonomy for the past decade. I am deeply passionate about womb health in relation to whole body health and the health of our world. I believe that women hold innate wisdom and medicine that is held in the physiology of our sacred feminine bodies.
